About
Hamish was called to the bar in 2015. He was previously a solicitor at Henry Davis York, and a senior policy officer for the NSW Government in the areas of transport, commerce and government procurement, and health. He has advised and appeared for a number of NSW government agencies.
Hamish has appeared in a diverse range of civil matters in the NSW Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court and NCAT.
He appears regularly in both interim and final hearings in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia, in both property and parenting matters.
Hamish has taught Contract and Tort and Contract II at the University of Sydney.
